• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in accordance with AMLA and BIR requirements.
• Gaming Activity Records: Retained for a minimum of three (3) years after Account closure for responsible gaming monitoring and dispute resolution purposes.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

Where jl83 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, all such data will be deleted from jl83's systems without delay, the associated Account will be permanently closed, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required by our licensing conditions.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor under your care has registered an account on jl83, please contact jl83 support via live chat or email immediately with details of the Account. jl83 takes underage gambling and the protection of minors' personal data with the highest seriousness.

Certain third-party service providers engaged by jl83 — including game software providers and specialised KYC technology vendors — may be located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to recipients in other countries, jl83 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect that data in accordance with the DPA's cross-border transfer requirements (Section 21, DPA).

jl83 reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Philippine data privacy law, our business operations, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or the range of services offered on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised on each occasion.

Material changes to this Policy — specifically, changes that expand the categories of data collected, introduce new processing purposes, or materially affect your data subject rights — will be communicated to registered players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number at least 14 days before the changes take effect. For changes required urgently by applicable law or regulatory directive, notice will be given as soon as practicable.

Your continued use of the jl83 Platform after a revised Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2 of the jl83 Terms & Conditions.
