These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl83. Players in the Philippines are additionally subject to the rules, regulations, and directives issued by PAGCOR, which take precedence over these Terms in the event of any conflict.

To register and use the jl83 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Under PAGCOR regulations, the minimum legal age for participation in online gambling in the Philippines is 21 years. jl83 strictly enforces this requirement.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register as Players.
3. You must not be a resident or citizen of a Prohibited Territory where accessing online gambling services is illegal under applicable local law.
4. You must not be self-excluded from jl83 or subject to an exclusion order from PAGCOR or any other applicable gaming authority.
5. You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of jl83, or an immediate family member of such a person.
6. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or KYC.

jl83 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jl83 support may result in account suspension or termination and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

The following rules govern the creation, maintenance, and use of jl83 Accounts:

4.1 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on jl83 at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or any other identifying information — is strictly prohibited. jl83 uses technical and procedural controls to detect multiple Account creation. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all such Accounts may be closed and associated balances and bonuses voided without prior notice.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your Account login details with any third party. jl83 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify jl83 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy. You must keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number or other identity-linked information must be reported to jl83 support via live chat or the on-platform ticketing system, accompanied by supporting documentation. jl83 may suspend an Account pending verification of updated information.

4.4 Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not assign, sell, transfer, or otherwise deal with your Account or any balance therein for consideration or otherwise. Any attempted transfer will be void and may result in Account termination.

4.5 KYC Verification. jl83 requires all players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys card, driver's license, passport, or UMID) and may include proof of address and payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after a withdrawal request is submitted may result in suspension of the withdrawal request.

5.1 Currency. All financial transactions on the jl83 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Transactions initiated in other currencies are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. jl83 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. jl83 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI bank transfer, BDO bank transfer, Metrobank bank transfer, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. Players are responsible for ensuring their chosen payment method is currently active and available.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on jl83 is ₱100. Maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account dashboard.

5.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jl83 wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the originating bank. 7-Eleven deposits are processed within 15 to 30 minutes of payment confirmation at the branch. jl83 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used for deposits and verified through KYC. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before Real Money funds associated with bonus activity can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — funds must be returned to the verified account holder only.

Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on business days are processed same day. Requests submitted after 3:00 PM PST are processed on the next business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required.

5.7 Inactive Account Balances. An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. jl83 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to inactive Account balances after this period. Players will be notified by SMS to their registered mobile number before any deduction is applied. Reactivation of an Account requires successful login and identity re-confirmation.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by jl83 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in the Promotions section of the Platform. These general provisions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a ×30 wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility. jl83 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players — players identified as engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any form of irregular betting pattern specifically designed to exploit bonus terms will have their bonus entitlements voided and may face Account restrictions.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and free spin awards expire if not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from the Account without notice or compensation.

6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, players may only hold and wager one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus and its associated wagering progress.

6.6 jl83's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. jl83 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by jl83, players, or any third party.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl83 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Player acquires any ownership interest in any content, software, or intellectual property on the Platform by virtue of their use.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or any other commercial use of jl83 content without prior written permission from jl83 is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property rights.

12.2 jl83 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jl83 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 jl83 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service disruption. jl83 shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions provided it acts with reasonable diligence to restore service.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jl83's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13.1 By jl83. jl83 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or prohibited conduct; regulatory requirement or directive from PAGCOR or any Philippine authority; or technical, security, or compliance reasons within jl83's reasonable judgment.

13.2 By the Player. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting jl83 support via live chat or the Account dashboard. Upon closure, any Real Money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions are satisfied. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Termination of an Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply after Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Dispute Resolution Procedure. In the event of any dispute arising between you and jl83, you should first contact jl83 customer support via live chat or the on-platform ticketing system. jl83 undertakes to investigate all complaints and respond within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, it may be referred to PAGCOR's Player Protection Department for regulatory review. Players retain all rights available to them under applicable Philippine consumer protection and gaming law.

Both parties agree that courts of competent jurisdiction in Makati City, Philippines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any legal dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the jl83 Platform.

jl83 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are amended. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
